Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry securely in its original LILY & ROO gift box and protective mailer to prevent any damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
